Life + MapleStory

This morning, I felt like writing a blog as my iPod charged in the corner. I'm about the vacuum clean the floors, so I'll need that. But until then, I'm here.

I'll talk about my life first; more specifically, School Days.

English. It's going poorly. On Friday, I had to write an in-class essay, which I think I did well on. I'm able to do well on stuff that requires improvisation and quick BSing. Probably because I'm good at it, better than most people. Makes me shine in that area. However, with essays that you actually plan and stuff, I'm terrible, since I don't know how to plan.

Anyways. Tomorrow, my group and I are going start filming Act 2 (entire?) during class. But my group member is such blockhead about this. First, he doesn't do anything, then he acts like he's in charge of us. My friend and I enjoy doing comedies, especially in film. But we found out that our teacher would not accept a comedy, so we're not doing that. Too bad Russell (the feg) ran out of the classroom before he could find out. Instead, he had to blow my fuse. I was pissed off because he didn't do SHIT.

I literally went "FUCK YOU" after that.

Okay. Science. I have an Ecology unit test tomorrow. You know what sucks? This year, they decided to change the physics unit to Optics (it's a good thing, I guess… more Snell's law? Unless grade 10 before always had it. My bad then), and move Ecology (grade 10) to grade 9, and give grade 10s Climate as a unit instead. But that means us, our year, we're stuck in some sort of warp in time where everything is screwed up. It's like passing the International Date Line on your birthday at 12 o'clock: BOOM IT'S GONE.

So yeah. Instead of us doing Chemistry, Optics and Climate, we have to do Chemistry, Optics, Climate and Ecology. An extra unit. All because the TDSB or whoever decided to throw things around. Assholes.

Jumping to MapleStory now.

Aran race came out. Did you know that? I'm sure you did. Anyways. At level 30, you get a +1 to all stats ring. At level 50, you get a +2 to all stats ring (upgrade). At level 70, you get a +3 to all stats ring (upgrade). I'm going to do this: Get one character to level 70. Give the +3 ring to my main (Dawn Warrior). Make a level 50. Give that +2 ring to my Dawn Warrior. Same with level 30 ring after that.

This will take a while. But hell, I have six months. I got to level 70 on my Dawn Warrior in three weeks. I can do it if I wanted to. But this lag…

I can't face this lag. I was training my Dawn Warrior at Windraiders yesterday. I found an open channel 15 minutes before x2. Normally, you have to go an hour prior to find a channel like I did. But no, everybody that would have been training there were grinding their Arans. I guess Nexon's servers couldn't handle all the people playing their level 20 Arans…. Total pure lagfest. I couldn't really train. The fact that I also lost my fast Soul Driver is ticking me off. Oh well, Soul Driver shouldn't be stronger than Brandish anyways.

Only if I had gotten to level 100 while Soul Driver was still strong…

Yes. My Aran is tanned. Because I'm elitist like that (Dawn Warriors own Aran). Anyways. Back to my life…

TCO Party

What is TCO? Toronto Chinese Orchestra. They're having a Christmas party, with all their TCO members. The girl I have a crush on invited me to go last night.

Doesn't sound that big of a deal, does it. Let me explain: She was going to go with her sister, and her sister only. But now her sister decided not to go. So she needs ONE more person to go. So if I go, I'm basically going with her…

I'm scared to go though. I won't know anybody, and I'll be freeloading, since I don't play for the TCO. Plus, I didn't bring any food… She said the reason she needs one more person to go is because they said two people, so they have a present for her and her sister… But that would be even more freeloading if I went. I'll probably give the present to her, since it's not fair for me to take it.

But yeah, I'm going to go. This all wraps up to what I said previously in my blog… I need to work on my English and Science (screw MapleStory, that can wait). It's a party from 6PM to 10PM. So late… A Sunday too.
