Defrosting my typing/writing mind

By In Uncategorized

ALERT: May contain elements of emotional rant.

I have been thinking.

Thinking.

Thinking.

For the past few years, I have been doing a lot of things.

A lot of things, with the exception of writing.

My favourite “Office Word pen” have been kept in the freezer for too long.

Too many a times I have been taking it out and swirling it around between my index and middle fingers, wondering what ideas I can write down.

Whenever I play a game, read a book, watch a show, ideas keep popping out on a potential “ice breaker”.

But when I come down to writing it down, my mind went blank.

All those ideas feels like fragile bubbles. Bubbles that sore to the ground and go…

Pop!

And then the “pen” goes back to the freezer.

How long more before ideas become a reality?

Yeah, that’s an annoying feeling.

The translation between words and mind is a tricky thing indeed. However, it is something that can be overcome.

Thanks. Just joined an online course about plot writing. Now making a little progress. 🙂

Just wanted to share something to prove my activity here. I got drafts and drafts left in here but nothing really published. 🙁
