… is a title someone like Nass would come up with. I’m rather surprised by his recent blog, titled: “Welcome back to Vutales!”
such mundane ~~~~~~~ super shock
~~~~~~~~~~ wow~~~~~~~~~~ @thin_privilege
#much original
That’s enough supershibe for the day.
Fkn Arly.
I think we can all agree that summer is FINALLY over. The temperatures have dropped. It’s raining, it’s pouring, cats and dogs chasing me down the street, Half-Life episode 3 released, new anime season.
I was in Texas for about 2 weeks, desperately trying to find employment for the fall term. I managed to land a job on September 5th, flew to Ontario the next day, and found a place to live the day after, and went to work after a day of rest.
Pretty hectic schedule.
It’s been a month, I’m working at Rogers communications, one of the big three telecommunications companies in Canada, think Verizon, but smaller, and overall pretty much designed to cheat customers out of more money than they can afford for worse service. They blame infrastructure, but honestly, lol, I can see why it’s so bad, the systems are horribly congested and upper management are too busy with other things than to acknowledge the problems.
But whatever, who cares about that right? There’s a giant chess set that you can play with!
Now that I’ve settled down, I’ve been able to enjoy a bit more of free time associated with working and living by myself. I currently reside in Brampton, which is sort of a suburbia land/paradise for people of Southern Asian descent, so India and the like. A lot of brown people live here, and no exception in the house I live. We currently house 8 people! Under the same roof!
You can imagine the internet connectivity issues lol.
I’ll keep the blog short. Because of my free time I’ve gotten to walk around a lot more with some friends, and visit random places like THEMUSEUM (yep, it’s called that) in Kitchener. Also stopped by in front of town hall for a photo. 😀
Some other cool? stuff we saw I guess:
That fountain generates a random word from a dictionary each time using hundreds of water droplets! Pretty cool huh.
Canada had their thanksgiving last week! For you americans, that’s weird right? Thankgiving in October? BLASPHEMY.
We baked an entire turkey, prepared the stuffing from scratch! Thanks to a suggestion from Jonathan we incorporated sausage and it was DELICIOUS. =D Thanks Jon!
My friend also fried the offals (heart, kidneys) which I tasted but spit out right afterwards. It had a weird texture and flavor, not my cup of tea. He loved it though, but he loves all kinds of innards so… more power to him I guess.
Well, as promised, keeping it short. I won’t ramble on and on about my living conditions and such which are of concern, maybe another blog.
Oh and a short plug, I wrote an opinion piece – if you play League of Legends and aren’t in the Skype group/read this already (you know who you are) then don’t bother. But I’m looking for feedback on something I wrote here: click!
Again, if you don’t play League of Legends, none of it will make sense.
Cheers!
