So I blog again, after more than a year. For the people who doesn't kow me/remember me I was damyrc in the old site.
This is what's been going on since I my last blog:
MMORPG
I tried several during last year, but most of them bored me after a couple of days. The only remarkable one is Perfect World; the graphics looks great even in my ancient geforce 2 MX, and the characters are fully customizable, it has more options than any free to play game. The downside is that it gets difficult very fast: at level 15 almost every monster is auto-aggressive and so powerful that you have to rest or drink a potion after every fight. In fact, I quit because I went bankrupt for buying too many potions when I needed the money to train skills. I'm considering coming back though.
All this MMORPGs I played got me thinking: Why aren't there original quests in any game? It's always "murder XX of a monster" or "gather XX amount of crap". Granted, there are a few exceptions like Maple Story's "Defend X" or Zodiac Online's Escort Quests (which I haven't tried yet), but the great majority are plain boring. More on this on a future blog (gotta keep you guys interested ).
If you like stories of people being stupid, You're gonna love this:
I came back to MapleStory after not playing for six months. After creating an aran, I decided that five characters was a bit too much, so I deleted my rogue and my pirate; fast, so I wouldn't have time to regret it. A few days later (yes, days), I remembered that when a character is deleted all the items it had are lost into oblivion, but didn't think it was much of a deal. Even more days later I was looking at my main's inventory, thinking "Where did I leave my oresNOOOOOOOO". Yes, I had forgot that my rogue was also my mule; all the ores I had obtained through 83 levels gone (I had gathered 100 of almost everyone). Well, not all, gold and diamond were still in my main. Still, stupidest thing I've done in any game.
Non Massive
Kongregate: I'm level 13, I like the Collectible Card Card game Kongai… I thought I had more to write about this…
Billy vs. SNAKEMAN!: (yes, the caps and exclamation mark are part of the name) This is the only game I kept playing every day since I joined, or that I didn't quit shortly after I joined.
Yeah, I'm too lazy to write a description myself >_>. I can add that there are references to other anime, like Bleach, Code Geass, etc. It is a bit boring in the beginning, but when you get to Season 2 (yes, season, like an anime series) it gets better.
So click the image below now and then join the coolest village (a village is sort of the equivalent of a guild) in the game, NeoLegions.
And yes, this whole blog is an excuse to get referrals (I get shinies for referring people), now click .
On a more serious note, I was thinking of creating a village for VuTales (if enough people join) when I got an idea: why don't we create guilds/groups/whatever in every game we play? I know there's a guild in Galicia, but that's the only one I've heard of.
Other stuff
facebook: I created an account to stalk girls contact old friends from high school, but did nothing of interest. Hey! Where's the VuTales page??
anime: Found a few sites to watch online or download; I'll post the links for the people who understand spanish (or japanese):

Crappy blog I know, hopefully the ones to come will be better. I'm thinking of reposting some of my blogs from the old site.
PS: I need a button to preview the blog before post >_>
