Fitness progress

By In Uncategorized

So, in an effort to motivate myself I’ve decided to post progress pics of my fitness challenge so you guys get to see me half naked every week.

Enjoy.

What I’m doing:
Being generally more active (Not actively working out, yet)
Eating 1500 calories a day (Need 2100 to stay the same weight)
I’m taking vitamins and supplements and keeping off my Crohn’s medication to see if this is suitable to maintain remission.

Gunna end with a question:

Any advice for anything I’m doing wrong? I know the not exercising bit is not ideal but I don’t have the energy after switching my meds. Hopefully that doesn’t take more than a couple weeks to wear off. Then I’ll start doing that. I’ve also been keeping a food journal and I was thinking about posting that if anyone is interested and when my scale comes in I’ll give you guys a weight.

Maybe a little game. Whoever guesses my weight the closest above or below gets like…a 10 dollar RP card or something. Yeah, that sounds good.

Anyways thanks for your time. See ya!

EDIT: Also, it’s linked because the image display wasn’t working properly on my end

Make sure that -600 is sustainable, if it is, then you’re good to go 😀
If you feel like 600 is too much, dropping down to 500 (or even 400) is fine, you don’t want to become unmotivated because it’s too much.

Depends on the calories. You eating complex carbs or simple sugars? Saturated or unsaturated fats? Atkins or vegan?

@greenelf
Thanks man! I do have some issues with sustainability. I’m hoping to get to a manageable weight and then crank up the calories a day to maintain that weight. I’m usually about 30-200 calories over each day. I’m about 200 over the days I drink.

@darkness
I don’t eat much carbs in general. I have a gluten intolerance so most breads are out. And sugar I usually stay away from. Except for an occasional lemonade and honey roasted peanuts. Fats vary, clearly. As they always do. And no to both Atkins and Vegan. This isn’t a diet. It’s more of a lifestyle change.

Haha, I’m flattered you think so. I was 215 in that picture.
