Hey fellas. No nekkid pictures this time but I thought I’d update on where I was!
I’ve gone over twice in 14 days. Once by 163 calories and another by an undisclosed amount.
I’ve gone from 215 lbs to 205 so far. Over the course of 2 weeks, which is way more than I had anticipated so that’s good I guess. I don’t want to lose too quickly though and I’ve been told its always the fastest at the beginning so I’m hoping it continues and I don’t plateau too quickly. It’s nice to see progress on the scale at least because I don’t feel like I look differently at all but maybe that’s because I’ve gone back down to where I normally am. 215 was way high for me. I’m hoping to hit 180~ and start cutting so I have something to show once all this fat is gone.
I have hit a roadblock though. Most days I end really hungry and just tough it out and fall asleep with a rumbly tummy. Last night I caved and ate 18 pita chips more than I should have. I don’t want that to be a common thing so… I’m working on adding more filling foods to my diet (more meat I guess, I don’t eat a lot of meat). I also need more variety cause the chicken on rice cakes isn’t going to work for every meal and yogurt isn’t going to work every night.
It’s tougher than I thought it’d be but I’m working pretty hard on it and it’s going okay so far. Last time I did this I got down to 185~ and regressed because I didn’t have the time to run anymore. I don’t think I’m going to let that happen again because my dog looks forward to the daily runs now.
Anyways, next blog will have graphs and statistics. I’ve kept a daily food journal, calorie count, weight and various other statistics (sodium intake, fats, vitamins, etc). And I think I’ll include those.
