im back from osaka

not much of a blog for me to talk about.
i only went to visit my grandmother; she has cancer.
she cant eat because when she eats, the food will go to her intestines and enter into her uterus. so she had to be fed by those needle things injected into your bloodstream. you know, the bag of liquid that needs to be held up high

i can sorta feel what shes going through in the hospital.
during december, i had immense food poisoning.
i had to be fed by those needles and i had to stay on that bed for 18 hours
to make things worse, theres this old guy who also had food poisoning next to my bed who snores like thunderstorm ever breath. anyway, all i had was my cellphone and it was like 8 in the morning of saturday. nobody wakes up that time of the day to check their text messages so i just stared and counted how many drops that bag thing drips.

it was more boring than watching paint dry. i'm dead serious. at least you can smell the paint, you know.

unlike on the bed; you just lie there until the nurse says you can go.

i made it through 18 hours of that boring hospital. i couldnt even bare two hours on that bed without entertainment.
thats nothing compared to an 81 year old woman whose friends are mostly gone and has half a year left.

she is a sweet old lady and i dont know what else to say.

most of the photos are like awkward family photos cuz my aunt, who always ruins a conversation and make situations extremely awkward, looks like a monkey and my mom dresses like a typical asian mom. so only one photo of me.

Too bad the school uniforms aren’t like that in real life like in the animes…

You mean, IV fluids? Aka Intravenous Therapy? lol
House M.D., Grey’s Anatomy, Scrubs, etc.

And poor grandma of yours. Were you close? (By the tone of your blog, I guess not, but you never know.)

Also, hospitals are a pretty normal thing for me. When I was younger, I used to stay at a hospital at least once a year. (And that was for serious stuff, for non-serious stuff, it was even more often.) Doctors and hospitals don’t scare me. :]
