You decide to ignore the copter and try to kill the zombies up ahead. Clare starts up the engine and drives into the zombies. Clare runs them over with ease. The helicopter’s lights, despite you ignoring it, spots you and puts down a ladder. several men climb down. They now surround your car. The two of you get out of the car, and then they restrain you two and take both of you up to the helicopter.
You are unequipped from your weapons. They hold it for analysis.
During the helicopter ride, you got to know more about the invasion from private chat with Clare.
You learn that when one gets infected with the virus, the red in one’s eyes makes the sky seem red. Some people call this invasion the “Reddening Sky” because of this. Car alarms and other lights and sounds seems to attract zombies.
You also got to know more about what happened to Clare.
She was working as usual when she found a car stopping suddenly in front of her. She went up to investigate, when a zombie tried to bite her. She shot the “man” several times. After that incident, she was scarred and decided to work forever. She couldn’t even sleep.
So as soon as she stopped talking, she went to sleep.
You sigh and look outside. You wonder what really happened that night… All you could remember was a car crash after a drunken rampage.
Suddenly, the helicopter routers stopped. You wake up the sleepy Clare and the military men leads you into a huge facility.
Inside, the men leads you through corridors and doors to make one confused. You finally reach a room that has two ordinary-looking men. The military men leave you with them. Locked.
A man with a mustache spoke out first. “I would like to inform you that you’re in area 48. You are safe here. For now, at least…”
The other man, a bald, serious looking man spoke out as well, “First things first. What are your names?”
Both of you reply with your names.
“Clare and You, is it? Well, I would like to know what happened when the first invasion started.”
