You decide to try to kill the things.
You run at the first thing and stab it twice, killing it. The other one wanted to be sneaky and bit your neck. (-8%) You shake it off and stab it on the skull, killing it.
The last one was about to get up when you stab is 5 times with your pocket knife, then one time with your butcher knife. Killed.
Quickly, fearing that the Witch might come closer, you run inside the burning house.
In the house, you get some minor burns (-2%) but reach to the person who called for help.
It is a young lady, who is apparently stuck under a large burning plank of wood. You get the plank off her.
“Whew… Thank you… Thank you… My name-” you cut her off, saying that they must get out of there. She nods and you two manage to get out of the house before it breaks down.
Now that you got a better look at her, she seems to be a policewoman with her badge and blue uniform.
“Excuse me.” she manages to say before panting again.
“My name is Clare and I am part of the Nebraska (loldest) Police Department. I just had a car crash when responding to a call. I got out and ran into the house with the call. Apparently, it must have been a hooligan of some sort since once in, the house went on fire.”
You say to her everything that just happened. She stared at you.
“What? You haven’t heard of it yet?”
You shake your head.
She sighed. “We are under attack by a virus of some sort. It has been spawning invasions…” she took a moment.
“Zombie invasions.”
You are stunned. You stare at her. So that was the word. ZOMBIE.
She hands you an extra pistol she had.
“… Well, we better get going. What should we do?”

A) Decide to see how your house is.
B) Head to Clare’s car.
C) Continue down to somewhere.
