Rey was born on the streets. He never knew his parents and any siblings, and thrived off of gunfights, lies, and anything that went on in his “house”. By the age of 18 Rey was the second-in-command of the largest crime gang in the state. On his 22nd birthday, there was a large gunfight that broke out on the street he was in, and his leader was shot and killed. Rey took control of the gang then.
