Indeed. In situations like this where the administrators only know a small handful, if any at all, of their players, they can’t just lift the ban on your account because you said someone else did it, even if you also said you had a keylogger. In your case, you aren’t lying and so you would deserve to have the ban lifted, but how would they know that you aren’t lying? They could do an IP check to see who logged on to the account, but once again, there’s no way for them to tell for sure if the people logging in from IP 1 and IP 2 were not the same people. As well, you (probably/maybe easily) could have avoided getting the keylogger and thus the ban. You shouldn’t blame Nexon for responding in that way, because it’s the only type of response that prevents the real cheaters from getting back into the system.
