I realized Nexon tech support people were humans when I sent them two of the same tickets which didn’t actually happen, and made the first word of each paragraph in capital letters saying “BITE MY SHINY METAL ASS” and signed both of them -Bender
Their response to the first one was “Haha” and the second one was “Stop it.”
