Same thing he did with BasilCMS – hire a lawyer for internet business, ie. 
cyberlawyers, and sue Vusys for intellectual, as well as, direct content and copyright infringement.
Do note that Mr. Basil does have his legal shit down – and he’s not unknown. Due to him being a partner with several other affiliations, I’m afraid that Vusys is obviously disadvantaged at this point. Also, Mr. Basil’s ability to be a cold-hearted ass really doesn’t help either.
At this point, don’t take down the site. Rename it, slap on another set of css docs, and hope that Captain’s rage subsides.
@ SirPainsalot, the site content is directly stolen. All he has to say is, “here’s my source, it was here before VuTales existed, compare and contrast – oh wait, there’s not much to contrast is there?” Also, his copyright extends 01-Aug-10, and that’s when the domain http://www.mmotales.com expires.
Vusys, best bet is to… sigh, well, I don’t know, and it doesn’t seem like anyone knows at this point. Just hope for the best that he’ll leave you alone after you change the name.
Change it to VBS or something, I don’t think he’ll mind.
