Because it’s not an exploit.
If Nexon actually enforces it’s ToS, all of its users will be banned.
It’s “illegal” to have a meme in your name. Ban.
It’s “illegal” to be under the age of 13. Ban.
It’s “illegal” to swear/bypass swear filters. Ban. This includes phrases like screw you, etc.

Yeah. of course it doesn’t matter if you get caught or not – because this ain’t an exploit or a hack in any way. It doesn’t violate their ToS in a way that they care.
