    buy sardines and demi-baguette
    walk, and
    repeat as often as necessary:
    “truth, righteousness, peace”
    find a picnic table in parc or other suitable location
    open sardines
    give mean look to hungry seagulls
    then smile
    eat with fingers
    dip demi-baguette in sardine/hot pepper oil
    there you go!
