Participanttarheel91 said:Spade said: Scott you know as well as I doWe’ve gone 1v1 twice (seriously) and split the two rounds. We both tend to pwn. Just because you play to preserve your k/d and I play to win and don’t care about my k/d doesn’t make you better.
We’ve both played in games together
And I tend to get more kills and less deaths than you in pretty much every type of mode we play
Just saying I’m better because I’ve played more, you would crush me in warrock because you played more than me
Trust me I’ve picked up a lot of stuff in this game during your year absence, and I’ve improved my game more than you could imagine
I know more strats in both SnD and CTF as well for the maps
Plus, 1v1s prove very little, and I don’t remember 1v1ing you at ALL
We might’ve back in beta, but we haven’t since your return

DarkDragoon I suggest you join this community:
It is a gaming league that is launching a branch for crossfire, where you can earn cash prizes etc.
In fact, I got this the other day:

ParticipantYeah, we haven’t played much lately, but the one game we did play (Roadkill? I believe), I remember doing better than you.
Strats are a credit to their creator, not so much to the people who know them. I won’t deny that by now you’re probably a better shot than me. Practice is invaluable in that regard. However, I think you could agree I’m better at real-time strategy (making adjustments on the fly in the middle of a single life). One’s more useful than the other depending on the situation.
About Cross Fire: It felt like a cheap version of CS. What appeal does it have if you own the real deal?

Participant@Spade, Ima give it a whirl ;D
@Tartar, Well for one thing there’s mutation mode now…which isn’t much but still something 😀
And the custom weapons are a +.
Deagle Camo is so godly ^_^, which I own btw19 February 2010 at 06:56 #18915guosim

ParticipantI like CS better than Combat Arms.
Just the fact that you need to constantly play to preserve your weapons annoys me.
I like CS and CS:S because of the look and feel of the game. It’s purely visceral. Combat Arms feels a bit artificial to me.
I’m not saying anything against Combat Arms, I just like Source better.
