We should make a thread for insomniacs anonymous, I think a pretty good amount of us would join D:
If you are really having that much trouble sleeping, you need to try and fix the problem if you aren’t already. If you don’t want to go and talk to a doctor about it, just do what I did and get some OTC sleep meds like melatonin. It’s worth the try, and you get some pretty trippy-ass dreams from it. It’s like Ambien, minus the hallucinations and sleep walking.
But even better than that is just getting diagnosed with insomnia (which you probably have) and getting some semi-permanent prescription meds. Lack of sleep can seriously eff up your health. My anemia was linked to lack of sleep, for example.
