In an RPG…

As some of you know from my Fragments, I am making an RPG with the help of an Administrator on a forum that I go on frequently (every day, seeing as I have nearly 8k posts on it).

Well, I was just wondering what you guys look for in an RPG? Good lore? Lots of action and fighting? I’d like to know for my RPG that I’m probably going to release sometime today 😀

Omigawd, there was this one article in PCGamer on how the best RPG in the world would be created if we took aspects from multiple top MMORPGs and mashed ’em into one…

I don’t know, what sort of RPG are you going for? Turn based like FF series, or more action involved, like DMC series?

You know, make sure you keep a shitload of revisions, because that’ll help you keep track… A game needs a bunch of revisions.

Hopefully sometime tonight. I’m still crankin’ out fixes for a couple bugs I noticed while testing (weather changes, group things) and I’m trying to get my Ruby script workin’ for the battles.

By the way… Do you guys want a lot of action, mystery, lore, or a mixture of all? 😀

Compress it with winrar or something so that it’s smaller – took me almost 15 seconds to download. :/

EDIT: Crashes on launch – nothing happens.

Vista x64, so probably has something to do with that. Tried running in compatibility mode, won’t work.
