    You turned everything way down?

    Make it windowed mode.

    Make a shortcut, and put these after it:

    -console -novid -dxlevel 80

    That might help. After the quotation marks.

    yep, EVERYTHING, except for paged memory I left at high.

    I tried that on low too but it wouldn’t work either.

    Okay, I made a new pack and a batch file that does everything/explains everything that you need to do. It executes everything for you, but you still have to do the L4D installation/patching manually. But overall, you shouldn’t have to run anything except apply blaze’s patch.

    Froggy: I’ve tried this. Over and over again. I’m sorry to tell you, but first, you will need a new motherboard. Video cards don’t worth with integrated. Second, if your computer is old, you’re going to need a new processing unit, because new motherboards can’t work with old processing units.

    I’d say that would cost you $150 at least.
