IMO Snake vs DK is a 70-30.. Snake out camps DK completely, and despite what people say I don’t think DK’s aerial game is good. Snake has amazing OOS options and DK’s is poor. There are 2 DK mains who live in my area and I’m sorry to say I 3 stock them half the time.

God I want to play you Cheeze.

Wario and Falco however, I am scared shitless of.

Falco’s CG on Snake makes me sad.. >_>

Sure Snake outcamps DK, but he’s not a master of it like TL, Link, or ROB. It’s more even than that; Snake is one of DK’s easier upper matchups. And to date we just played that once on Wi-Fi iirc. ;O

I don’t know; I really want to play you know Cheeze. You’re like the one of the few people who actually knows his basic rules of Brawl. Couple years ago before I introduced tournament rules to my friends:

Oh, maybe I played SirMeepsALot or someone; whoever he was he played Marth. And yeah, I study/watch/follow competitive Smash, but I’ve never been to an actual tournament due to my isolation and lack of motivation to go somewhere big for a tournie. I actually have a friend over right now that I’m gonna Brawl (he’s no pushover either).

Have you ever seen WAR’s Snake? He’s my idol. Ally is too campy and he’s boring too watch.

Yeah, War’s got a very impressive Snake. I like Ally, but lately it seems he’s been sloppy. I can imagine him not being considered the best Snake anymore.

Although I know Ally is a big portion of the reason why Snake is a top tier, I still don’t see what makes him so great.

Have you seen GaSM’s third combo video? It just came out like 2 days ago. The new shield break combo is with 2 people.. Lethal and WAR..

It’s a shield break combo, but it CAN be DI’d out of. It just looks so sexy and flashy.

Hmm, is War from Hawaii? The first shield break combo I saw was from a combo video from a Hawaii crew, so maybe it was him I saw in the combo video.

This Fatal guy fails at those B-reversals out of his recovery.. This is what gets him punished 50% of the time in the air.. And no mean to insult him but honestly, what kind of Snake main uses the Nikita to edge guard? There are so many better options at edge guarding. (ie grenades) But I’ll admit that DK is really impressive. I love how he pivot grabs Fatal out of his DACUS. Yo Cheeze you should drive down here for the tourney on the 30th. <:

Uhh, where’s it at? And I should work more on practicing Snake. Overall he’s one of my favorite video game characters, it’s just he never really fit my playstyle when I first tried him.
