    A ball is dropped from a building. A second later, another ball is thrown down from the same building at 15m/s. The two balls hit the ground at the same time. How high is the building?

    Is this equation correct;
    (4.9m/s/s)t^2 = (4.9m/s/s)(t-1)^2 + (15m/s)(t-1)

    ? (And then after I find time I can just plug it into d = vt + 1/2at^2)

    Boy, if you’re going to ask a damn question don’t post a thread in the forum and then say, “I solved it” as your next post.

    Notice I had three hours to think about it without you guys helping. Thanks for caring though.

    I wonder how well I did on my test… :S

    You know that forums sometimes don’t get any activity for 3 days.
