So a site I frequent uses the following filters:
fuck = pineapple
shit = pomegranate
bitch = peach (I’ve adopted this one into my regular vocab, lol)
fag(got) = papaya
and a couple more, I can’t remember.I propose that if we are to censor stuff, we use somewhat interesting replacements like these instead of having lame asterisks and stuff. Whatsayou?
Yeah, fruit swears are full of papayatry. What did we use last time, tugboat for fuck? That got worn out quickly due to people making it out as a lame joke, so yeah… Something new.

Just censor it, these words are confusing, and someone could use it for a legit purpose and it’d get taken all wrong.
For example:
I was eating pomegrates the other day with a girl I met… but a papaya fell from a tree and knocked me on the head. 🙁 I went all blurry for the next few seconds, and my friend handed me a peach, so I ate it, and I felt much more relaxed than after the pineapple. ._.

But srsly – asterisks are ugly and everyone knows what you’re talking about anyway. I don’t see the point of that.
