It takes a few minutes/seconds to add it, but I think I’ll just give 10 GM schools with the necklace and let them scroll it, should be easy.

No, give them the item that upgrades Spiegelmann’s. I can’t remember the name, but it’s counterpart is Horntail Necklace’s Dragon Heart.
I say give them a work glove that’s GM Scrolled for attack 3 times (This way it’d be 9 attack and still have all slots)
Maybe just give them 3~5 GM glove attack scrolls with the Stormcaster gloves they would normally get? :/
Well he said he’d make the NPCs give out Necklaces with Scrolls so yeah, I think we’re going around in circles here.
