    I was actually thinking about statutory rape this morn’, thinking about how and why it’s still considered rape. I believe that it’s because until a child is 18, the parents have the right to make all of the child’s decisions. So I’m thinking, is it still considered rape if the parents consent? Not that it would happen, but theoretically.

    Go to timtang.com. His pages are extremely simple. Embedded music players, pictures in the center…

    Easy stuff. But they made programs for you to build your own sites. Manually typing the HTML code will be quite hard, and a waste of time to do to try to get the quality you get from those programs. HTML is not very useful. Pick up something like C++.

    Or Ruby.
