I never did like anything custom, unless they get rave reviews – which barely happens, and those who do are for games I don’t really like. XD
So uh, I donno, either follow instructions or make it into compatibility mode or something.

I think that if the country is small enough, with a powerful military (kinda like Prussia after the late Renaissance, but with modern tech), you can get the people ignorant in an instant – especially if the technology there is bad, or, if the government controls all aspects of the media, including TV, radio, journalism, and the internet.
Think about it, it’ll be a cage, and the mice inside will become blind.
