In NC, you must be within 3 years of a minor for it not to be statutory rape. I’m pretty sure even feelsies work the same way (in that it’s sexual harassment even if she consented).

I’m at the beach right now, so it’s not exactly a “know” sorta thing. She lives about an hour’s drive away from me, so if I wanted to, I could see her. Again, though, not really feeling the whole pedo thing.
While am I a firm believer in the statement “this thread is worthless without pics,” I wouldn’t want to give her any ideas by asking to take a picture.

I disagree. I’ve been to orientation, and I can confidently disagree. I can see her being a 9.5 in a few years, but there were some clear 10s on campus.

Don’t think that’s gonna work. This other guy came up to her (he’s 16, and within 3 years of her age, making her legally datable) and tried to flirt a little, and she was basically hiding behind me the entire time. I mean, if you’d like to join woahmax in his melancholy, go ahead, but it’s not something I’d recommend otherwise.
