Anyways… Blech. Don’t post about injuries unless it’s from
    A) A barf fight
    B) A BAR fight
    C) UFC

Like me, except I didn’t take a picture (bar fight)

In my experience, sports usually lead to worse injuries than fights. I’ve only gotten scratched and bruised from fights (some bruises being black eyes…), but I’ve killed myself playing sports. I once was knocked out for a minute from a head-on-head collission with another guy, both of us coming from opposite directions at full speed, while chasing down a pass in football. I almost broke my nose and had the most epic nosebleed ever (there’s still a stain on the asphalt five years later) playing basketball. I also lost two, thankfully baby, teeth playing soccer.

    Wow.

Then where do you get stitches?

Urgent care the first time, the doctor’s office the second. I was lucky this time they were able to work me in. The doctor’s office is cheaper.

Never got a single stitch. Never been in the hospital since an infant, which I cannot remember.

The only times I’ve been to the hospital (aside from visiting people) were for my broken foot and when I had a 105 fever. I was hallucinating, so my parents figured they might want to skip the doctor’s.

But jeez, that must’ve hurt. :/

    I’ve never had to get stitches, unless you count the time when I had a tooth extracted with a drill. ><;

I’ve broken 4 toes, a foot, and two fingers. I’ve sprained so many ankles, wrists, etc. that I lost count a decade ago. As I mentioned, stitches on my ear lobe and now above my eye. I once fell off a trailor attached to a John Deer mower tricycle (yes, I’m redneck; I know), skidded down an asphalt drive, and messed up my back so much I’ll need surgery to completely fix my posture (it’s not going to happen). And, of course, I’ve got over a dozen scars with a story for each one. I also ripped the skin off the entire left side of my face when some kid grabbed me by my free arm (we were playing some rugby/soccer mix and I had the ball) and slung me face first into very rocky clay.

Basically, I had a average childhood. I’m sure that some of you have much more impressive injury stories from your childhood.

Could everyone who has Verizon post their internet speed/monthly bill. I’m comparing Verizon to my Bell South, and Verizon looks insanely better. I can get 4x my download speed for $3 less a month that what my family’s paying now.

It’s all because of the angle, shadows, etc. You can see in other pics my nose is quite normal.

@Chameleon: I was bending down to pick up the roll of toilet paper I dropped, spun around quickly, and slammed right into that metal thing on the door frame where the little thing sticking out of the door goes inside the door frame. Apparently it’s called a strikeplate?

When I was 2 1/2, I was playing basketball inside on one of those Fisher Price goals with my older brother (who was 9 1/2 >_<), fell, and landed on a paint can. My ear made contact, and the thing made a humongous cut clean through the ear lobe (didn't cut it completely off, thankfully). Nine stitches that time, and it's one of my earliest vivid memories.

I knew he was the host of Basil and Profil3, I just didn’t know he was Bogdan : Guess I missed that part.

I was known as Deathwalker on MMOT.

Oh, I remember Deathwalker. No wonder I don’t remember Blackboy.

Captain, AKA Mr. Basil, is Bogdan Raczynski, a braindance artist born in Poland?
