Poem from my sister

By In Uncategorized

I'm not sure what it means, or if it's even actually coherent at all, but she wrote it and I thought to share it here. She's 9 years old.

"The grass sways gently,
The moon glistening in the light,
Leading my way through the dark.
The city is still enveloped by the darkness.
The stars leading me to the forest of brightness,
Leaving me in the beautiful world of nature.
The sun shines bright beams of light to wake me up
while mother nature opens up her beauty.
I feel the warm rivers flowing gently.
The grass is friendly to everyone.
Every body of water is like a companion to me.
Mother Nature is our friend.
When I take in a breath full of nature,
I drift off to a world where meanness is scarce.
Your destiny is to save animals from extinction.
The animals helped our earliest people-the Native Americans.
Why isn't the Wooly Mammoth here today?
The Native Americans brought them to extinction for a reason
because they needed to survive in the wilderness."

Cute…

Anyway, I haven't been around here for awhile. What's up?

Oh and as for the QoTW, this isn't worth a blog, but I think Konglish (Korean-English) is worth a learn, since most names of things in Korean MMOs are actually in Konglish. I don't know a lick of Korean, but I do know the alphabet, so if I try at it, I can sort of sound stuff out and figure out what it means. Of course, communicating with other players is a different story.
뷰태르스/byu-tae-reu-seu: that would be "VuTales," I think.

Edit: Aww, Unicode characters don't work.

Very cute… but wooly mammoth never interacted with Native Americans, lol.
