I feel out of place here nowadays.
.. So, what to say?
Life is life. Working on a new graphic novel with a friend, divorce is finalized, but somehow I'm still talking to him, and taking a break from college. (3 and a half years to get to sophomore isn't really healthy, is it?)
When was the last time we spoke? It feels like talking to an old friend, trying to recall where the story left off. But looking back on it all, there's really not that much to say.
As far as gaming goes (that's what this site is still about, yeah?), I've played Phantasy Star Universe, Minecraft (*thanks Wolfboy. I say it so fast it always sounds similar.) (making sprites for that is possibly the coolest shit ever), Halo and mostly World of Warcraft. Got four 80s now, two out of the four are completely raid geared. Waiting for the midnight release of Cata, they can't take that from me!
So, why did I go, I wonder.. I don't really remember, to be honest. It's convenient having a bad memory in that way; I forget things very quickly. I forget most everything about everything, except little things about everyone (like when Bryan used to remind me about the word 'a lot'. That still stuck. In fact, I constantly correct other people about it. Thanks for that. <3)
Overall, I'm glad ya'll are still intact. It makes me have hope for the world and things to come.

Idk, I’ve come back to this place just recently and it’s gone from a gaming-centric/fanfiction tight-knit community to… something different. Just a tight-knit community. Not that’s it’s a bad thing, it’s really cool, but it makes me wonder. And lurk moar, but that’s unrelated.
I miss when we all acted like total idiots and proudly labeled ourselves MMOT. Was an excuse to be stupid on the internet and feel good about it, because everyone else was too. Almost like having Asperger’s, except we never had to take it seriously.
It’s minecraft, not mindcraft.

I think I’ma have to pick up Minecraft. I’ve been dicking around at work in the free version. It’s a ton of fun. Is the game still browser-based in the not-free version?
Eh, I saw Halo and my eyes lit up.
…Still waiting to play Reach. Technical reasons, etc. for not playing it. Hopefully a break from school will give me at least a chance to play it.
Welcome back. This site’s been mellowing down for a while (except for Nass, whom I have no comment for). Kind of missing some of the ol’ fanfics, some of the users gone past and some of the exciting game-related content. I think that since we’ve all drifted from Maplestory, the community has drifted away as well; I have trouble keeping up with some of the new and/or different games that you guys play now…
…I think that the site’s only held together by what we used to be, and the goofiness that we used to have (and might still have, for some).
…well, at least I drifted. I’m sure some of the people here have bonded.
The only thing that’s still intact is the MSN group.
