Currently, I'm in the process of growing my hair.
It's part of my whole "artistic snap snappy new look omg" scene that's going on in my life right now.
I can't say it's going too well though. I keep pulling at my hair when I'm bored in class, and it comes out.
Not enough to make a difference on my head. But sometimes little pieces of my hair land on my papers and stuff.
It's hard to stop.
But when I pick my hair it's pretty long. My brother told me that this was around the time he straightened his hair, which must mean I'm almost there!
I'm thinking around Christmas should be the time. I hope.
Sometimes having afro hair is annoying.
Like when you wash it, the water on your scalp only trickles down after. It's hard to explain…

As you probably have seen, I've started writing again. But this time it's a more serious story.
Remember when I told you about Stan? Well I showed him some of my work the other day, and he called up this dude.(We'll just call him This Dude)
This Dude works for some local teen magazine where I live, and it's supposed to talk about "everything."
And there's a part of the mag where art comes in. That's where I am supposed to be.
The deal is, I write a story every 2-3 weeks. And submit it, if the editors like it, I get paid like 40$.
Pretty sweet huh?
So last night, I sent This Dude the first chapter of my story, and he said he likes it.
The minimum req is each chapter has to be like 1000 words, because they said something like they're gonna release a chapter of it every week so readers keep coming back.
This whole ordeal is a big plus for me, it takes away my rage from being banned from Maple and being bored in general.
So what are your thoughts on my story (Warning Signs) so far?
