Fear! Madness! D:

Faces. In the dark. Smiling. Out to get me. All because of that blog I read Aaru's latest blog. And watched Silent Hill vids. And The Grudge's well scene.

OH NO WHAT IF SHE CRAWLS THROUGH MAH COMPUTER SCREEENN??!!! -screamsss-

No, no, that's impossible, no way that would happen. NO WAY. Absolutely no no no no way.

… Right?

I keep thinking that a hand's gonna pop out of my screen anytime now and drag me in.

Wonder what happens when you get dragged down the well. An… Underworld of torture and insanity?

@_@ @_@ @_@ AHHHHHH @_@ @_@ @_@ @_@

It's as if it's real. Like I look at a cupboard, and then I start thinking that something's gonna come out. When I turn the lights off, and if I let my thoughts go unchecked, IMAGES OF SCARY MONSTERS. And with every little stray sound, well, I think there's another monster. D: D:

Once I heard a single scrape and I thought Pyramid Head was in the house. No kidding. That night I dreamt of Silent Hill kinda stuff.

Silent Hill's nightmarish curse was gonna come upon us, and we were supposed to escape our house and leave everything behind, it was too late. So we went to a refugee place, but then the curse shifted its target, and that refugee place got hit.

But we didn't know that. We were goofing around in the toilet, strangely empty. And then tendrils of blood came out from the cubicle. We ran like there was no tomorrow, and there certainly would have been no tomorrow for us if we stuck around, I think. But outside, it was completely empty. Why? Everyone else got turned into statues. Frozen screaming visages of horror and agony.

Only my friend and I, two people left in the world. Like I am Legend stuff. Only I dreamt that before I even heard about I am Legend. It was depressing, I tell ya. 🙁

Then we thought of getting out. We were in some sort of warehouse place. Then, a face in the wall, then hands emerged. A fuzzy, hazy figure, hair obscuring every detail of her face. We realized her feet weren't contacting the ground. And she came, right at us, Gears of War 2 shaky camera style!! So we ran-

Ok, dang, I must stop this little narrative of my nightmare.

Those faces staring at you when you're on the bed, and you peer over your blankets. I don't peer over my blankets, for that reason. They're gonna get me when I peer out of my blankets. Savor my expression of terror, and then drag me into that well place where your foot gets plastered to your face and your arms fall off and-

Yesterday -I'm positive I mentioned this in Aaru's blog – I was having a ghost-orientated discussion on another forum. Ho dang, they're scary. It started with talking about Bloody Mary, the mirror thing. I actually did it before, for a bet. But as you can see, I'm still alive and well, so I posted about how that thing doesn't work and is complete BS, the usual.

Then they started getting into cemetery business. Apparently there's one statue thing of an angel at this certain cemetery. You know, Black Aggie.

The stories say that if you sit at its feet the statue will move its arms to cuddle you. Violently. And its eyes will shine red – Okay, I thought the eyes part was stretching it a little, but the arms part… Euuch.

What I do know is that I'd die if I stayed overnight at a cemetery. I'd already be dying if you locked me in a dark room with no lights at all. Add in a few sounds here and there and I'd be dead. From tearing my head off, probably.

I'd never been to a cemetery for that reason.

Then there's irrational fear. You know that stuff -matter- can't come out of mirrors or teleport through mirrors to magically come out to get you. Heck, we haven't even really invented teleporting machines yet. So why are we all afraid that a screeching witch is gonna eat our faces off when we say stuff to the mirror? Well, maybe not all of us. But plenty of people.

It's… Creepy, not in the anxiety-inducing sense. Well, perhaps anxiety inducing. What's this world coming to, people believing in statues that move by themselves and the existence of demons created by arcane rituals?

And I find myself being one of them! Madness!!!

… Dang it, Silent Hill, you people have got to stop being so good at planting images into my head.

Imagessss.

EDIT:Here's another pic that STAYS IN MY HEAD AND SCARES ME TO NO END WHEN I'M ALONE AT NIGHT. And why I don't look over my blanket. From the movie, Shutter.

If you’re alone at night and you’re seeing scary stuff, just scream this “I’M NOT GONNA SLEEP WITH YOU ANYMORE”

Reve 22 June 2009 Reply

My friend just tries to make everything funny.

But that only makes it worse for me :[
When I find myself unable to sleep, in my bed I’m just pondering on the latest horror movie I had seen and I overthink things and then I go insane and huddle in a corner in my closet.
Then I scream because teh monstah could eat me in my closet and I run out and cuddle with my gerbil.
Then I freak out again because my gerbil looks evil all the time so I’m like “OMGAH! IT’S COMING TO GET MEEEE!!!”

So yuh.
Avoid horror movies.

except when you’re invited to see one.

Then bring an extra pair of pants in case you pee yourself.

The only horror films I watch are Saw. Those things are cool, man!

Greenie 22 June 2009 Reply

Saw FTW.

I watched Shutter. And other Korean Horror Movies. Koreans really do know how to do it. (Sounds wrong)

Okay, firstly, if you are afraid of this.. stuff. Get a bedside lamp, and on it before you go to sleep. A soft dim light to make you feel safe. Or, you can have some soft music to put you to sleep. Either way, it works. I tried it once after I watched Shutter. Yes, it was fricking scary. But it works.

I saw alot of horror movies. My brother is a horror fanatic. He has a giant stack of horror movies next to our TV.

My favorite one is From Dusk Til Dawn. I unno if you would consider that a horror movie, but it has zombies, blood, girls, and Quentin Tarentino 😛

This is why I never watch horror movies. Those pictures are fuckin scary, too. Did you make em?

Quang 24 June 2009 Reply

Whenever I watch horror movies the images get stuck in my head, and so I can’t stop thinking about the movie where ever I go Dx

Reve 24 June 2009 Reply

I used to have a nightlight. But my room is now a warzone and there’s no place to put the nightlight. The first night without that nightlight had been hell. But now it’s okay, gotten used to the dark. Just not the images. Oh, God, no.

Oh yes, hasty creations to give vent to the imagessss, don’t mind the MSPaint. I was alone in the house and it was dark, y’see. The worst… I have nightmares about finding the killer clown thing in my living room… AHHHH. At night, I once thought the clothes hanging down the hallway were… were… Sadakos…-screams-
