And if he’s going to continue to shove this issue down our throats, then by god, we will stand and fight.
Do not ever act as if you knew what that site meant to us. You can’t assume that we can just pick ourselves up and move on, you were not there, you didn’t live it out like we did. Do you know what happened leading up to the closure? Mip getting banned for the most outlandish reason, forums being closed, Profil3 being forced down our throats? Another thing you’re not considering about thsi, Elaine, is how much of a dick Bogdan’s been since he closed the site. Vusys was trying to bring back together a community that was shattered and near death and Bogdan got pissed because he was temporarily using the design he abandoned as a placeholder so that people could gather while he built the REAL VuTales. Bogdan pitched a hissy fit, demanded the site be taken down. Vusys was not making money off the site, he had no intentions of keeping the design, and still, Bogdan insists on being a douche. Then, Vusys does EXACTLY what he asks. He removes all of Bogdan’s code, makes his own site, and gets rid of the old version. Bogdan doesn’t say anything for a few months, lets everyone get settled, and then pitches another tantrum over what? The concept of “likes?” A sidebar? Neither of these concepts are really Bogdan’s either. He ripped them from sights like Facebook, Digg, Reddit, etc.

Everyone had a grudge against Bogdan even before it closed down for his simple lack of effort, appearance, and general personality. He did not care for us, only for the apparently better site, Basilmarket. Which, by the by, is a piece of trash for the most part, simply put.

Some of the stuff we wrote about was a little more meaningful to us than capturing an alley cat. So yah, if you didnt want to save your blogs, thats your problems, but other people did.
And considering that there was no warning or threat, there wasnt a reason to sit and save everything you typed. Please dont make assumptions about stuff you obviously dont know about.

Why are you here? As far as I can see, your mission on VuTales is to get us to shut down and move to Profil3. That doesn’t benefit any party at all, which includes you, Bogdan and us. If you don’t like it here, go to BasilMarket. Go to Profil3. With the way you’re acting, nobody’s going to miss you anyway. Is there something about the existence of VuTales that’s bugging you? You’re obviously not working for Bogdan or anything like that; why do you try so hard to change the way other people try to think?
Battering down someone’s way of thinking makes them more stubborn. You can never convince someone to see your way by saying their way is stupid. I’m being serious here. Seriosuly…Nass i don’t think you understand what was lost when MMOTales shut down. I was relatively a newcomer and I even got it.
And Elaine, you really don’t know what you’re talking about. So don’t go callin us out without hearing about it from someone who cares. It should be obvious Nass didn’t care about it like we did. So why not jsut ask us how it felt, what we lost, and why we reacted the way we did?

Saving blogs is the same reason people take a million and one pictures of the things they do and post them on facebook. They have the memories, but what the point of 100 pictures of it?

Thank goodness you said this, I felt like I was the only one who thought that our old community was/is starting to collapse. Which is also why I decided to take a hiatus for a while from this site, since so much drama was going down that it made me kind of sick…
I think if Mr. Fail-At-Life and Ms. Troll over there pick their arses up and leave, we can go back to normal.
