Oh, I was under the impression Vusys helped in its design. So if we simply tweaked the design some, could that solve our issues?

If the site were different enough that it wasn’t essentially the same, I could see it holding up in court. Hell, generic brands are basically ripoffs that have the government’s blessing.

ParticipantOurs is definitely different enough. Its better. The previous MMOTales didnt have fragments, awards, QotW, OR different skins for the UI

ParticipantI lurve how Vusys was just like “Yep.”
And then Captain was all like “I’m Bogdan so I’m not gonna capitalize the MMOT in MMOTales.”

Won’t work – they can’t crawl HTTP password-protected sites.

He (captain) could/maybe would use WebArchive’s archived MMOTales pages to support any argument that VuTales was a copy of MMOTales. Not to get access to VuTales.

ParticipantWe should totally make a VuMarket :3 just to screw with his head

Why would he use WebArchive in the first place lmao? I bet he still has the source, and the domain hasn’t expired in the first place 🙁 <- that's the problem. Plus – the .css is comparable: http://www.mmotales.com/main.css — http://www.vutales.vuii.co.uk/main.css
==;This is where it gets murky though – suppose WebArchive can be used as proof – all you, or we, have to say is that “Hey, VuTales does not make any income – it’s not taking anything from your userbase due to it being invite-only, so stfu and gtfo. :D”
A note though, Annona’s css file is much cleaner and a bit more organized as far as I can tell.
