Fragments now ping other users.

Just include @username in the fragment and VuBot will alert that user. There is a limit of 4 pings per day, which will be reset every day at midnight

It’s not necessarily a bad thing, considering Twitter is JUST that, while VuTales is blogging, with fragments on the side. It’s just like a cherry on top of the cake. =3
