idk, I don’t really like FPS’s (too many fanboys)
so I haven’t played it in like 2 years. There were a few hackers, but it was pretty fun once you got the hang of it.24 November 2011 at 03:43 #23281Dest1

That’s the one thing I hate about Nexon. They make brilliant games (Maplestory, Combat Arms), and they completely ruin gameplay by making NX purchases necessary to enjoy the game.

ParticipantCould always try Cross Fire, I’m playing it again. Purchase system so when you buy a gun, you better be sure it’s the one you want.
It’s fun though. zombies is pretty fun, but infuriating at times.
I’m usually on [Ruger] now. Other times I’m on [Hei].
Hit me up if you start playing24 November 2011 at 13:01 #23277AznRiceFan

Technically Nexon doesn’t make their games. They just acquire the rights to ruin them.

ParticipantIf you have a 360, I’d suggest investing in one of those newfangled games that just came out (and with Black Friday, they may be discounted). I’ve really never heard of a decent free FPS game (was TF2 made free to play recently? I don’t remember, some game became free). Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3 and Halo: CEA all look like viable choices. Being a Halo fanboy, I’d recommend the last one, since the graphics are beautiful (the other two have gritty, urban, wartime environments, which are nice in their own respects), the gameplay is exactly the same as the old Halo: CE (with skulls and terminals, so that may shake things up), and the map pack it comes with is nice, since it contains remakes of Halo and Halo 2 maps as well as a firefight map with AI allies (betrayal!).

ParticipantTF2 is free. Fallout New Vegas is a great game to go if you like some RPG with your FPS. L4D2 was like $7 a few weeks ago, and $5 during the summer sale.

ParticipantTF2 is “free” but Valve is doing its very best NEXON impression and driving it into the ground. TF2 is basically an advertising billboard now complete with buggy updates and botched promotions.

ParticipantBF3 is great, it’s the only game I can go 4-11 in and still have fun every second of the game.

ParticipantYeah, TF2 is free, but it’s not all that great anymore. It’s gone way overboard with new weapons and hats. Omfg the hats.

I got a Wii few years ago. Now that I look back, I wish I had gotten a 360. I just use my Wii to stream Netflix

The only problem I have with it is that it’s such a massive game, and each patch is like, 200~300MB.

ParticipantDo what good friends do: mooch off of someone who has a 360.
