ParticipantI have changed my mind, I will not be doing a serious fiction. Rather, I propose this. I will write a fiction that is not serious and about zombies. Sounds a lot more fun for me.
There are zombies out there. You have X amount of dollars to buy supplies and weapons from the Supply Truck that drives around the city. You and some other people you may or may not know have to survive in a city filled with zombies and other survivalists.
Good news however, these zombies are the slow and limping kind. You’ll be able to kill them before they get close.
Bad news. They. Won’t. Stay. Dead. Ever. You can shoot them in the head with a shotgun and blow it into a pile of stuff and they’ll try to eat your brains. Somehow. You can blow them with a rocket launcher or grenade and they’ll be fixed up in about ten minutes.
Happy hunting to you all, zombies included.

You can call a nearby Supply Truck which you can buy supplies from and listen on the local broadcastsYou will have to choose a role in the story. Roles will determine what your equipment and supplies are as well as money when the story starts.
Roles
Survivor
The basic character in this zombie story.
You have:A Pistol w/ 4 spare clips
A Pocket Knife
A Bottled Water
A pack of Rations
A First Aid Kit
50 Dollars to spend on extra stuff
Supplier
You’re one of the guys in a team of two who drive a Supply Truck throughout the Infestation. You are in constant danger of those who are selfish enough to kill you and take everything in the truck or the truck itself. Also the zombies don’t like the sound of the truck. Lucky for you, the Supply Truck is also heavily equipped to take a beating. Suppliers are more of background characters for you people who are scared to start with a little bit of supplies and zombies.
You have these in reach:A Pistol w/ 4 spare clips
A Sniper Rifle w/ 15 spare bullets
A Baseball Bat
3 Grenades
A Bottled Water
A pack of Rations
5 Bags of Chips
A Radio
A pack of Cigarettes
A Box of Matches
You don’t need money since you drive this truck, thus you don’t need to buy anything
One more Supplier needed. I don’t need three pairs of them.Camper
You have built a safehouse and are camping in there until all this is done. However you are perfectly capable of coming out of the closet you’re hiding in and enter the world of zombies and killing them. You can also build another safehouse if you can find a good enough house.
You have:A Pistol w/ 2 spare clips
A Shotgun w/ 10 spare shells
A Baseball Bat
3 Bottled Waters
A Bag of Chips
A Radio
40 Dollars to spend on extra stuff
We have enough of these.Jack
LUMBERjack that is! You’re the guy who has all that beef on you and effective with chopping trees and whatnot. Luckily zombies are just like trees- Easy to cut! Hot dog!
You have:A Fireman Axe
A Chainsaw w/ 5 minutes worth of fuel
A Bottled Water
A pack of Cigarettes
A Box of Matches
20 Dollars to spend on extra stuff

ParticipantName: Christine
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Personality: Orphaned by men who killed her parents at the start of the outbreak, Christine has more trouble killing zombies than conscious humans due to her parent’s murders being zombies. ParticipantBy the way, for the record:
Bullet: Durr.
Clip: A set of bullets. Some guns (1800 – 1950) have a box on the gun where you put clips directly. Modern times, you put clips as a set into…
Magazine: A plastic container that holds bullets. You can put bullets in the magazines individually or put them in as clips. You probably want to hold on to these.
Round: A round is basically how many bullets a gun can hold at once.Pistols magazines, as far as I know, can’t can’t accept clips and have to have individual bullets inserted into them. Rifles can take clips, but we don’t have any. For the pistol, I suggest saying “$xx per round”, but since that mistakenly used so often (even in the military), “$xx per magazine” might be more suited. Of course, the former does not actually include the plastic magazine.
Also, one final thing: Shotguns don’t use bullets, they use shells.
