Thrill of the Kill

By In Uncategorized

I'm still shaking!!! 😀

So, we were playing EVE Online.
And we're at war with the Mad Ravens corporation.
Which is comprised of 3 members.

Well, we sit there, and 2 of their guys come in. Andrew Mercy and Gilbert Green.
Well, we were mining. (As much as I've told you about mining. :D) And seeing that, we run to station.
Mining Barges can't shoot… nor can an ORCA.
Well, we get into station, and Andrew starts taunting…
Then, our buddy Pepsi logs on.

We tell him whats going on. And Pepsi starts coming up with a BRILLIANT bait plan.
Needless to say, it works.
Here's the "Kill Mail" as its called.

We went out, and I got the finishing blow, scoring me the kill!
MY FIRST KILL IN EVE ONLIN!

Cost him 212,480,000 ISK for his ship lost.
Thats a nice chunk! 😀

So I'm excited and everythinjg! WOOOOOOOT!
YEAH! Andrew was "Impressed" saying that was Gilbert's first ship lost in the Mad Raven's corp.
Then he said he was going to bed and logged out.
The entire time he was in station… so no threat there.

LOL… Now Gilbert is gonna have to piece together a new ship!
🙂

~Grimno (While blowing him up, I screamed in local chat "KABOOOOOM"!)
I feel childish yes, but proud.

Isn’t EVE online like 8 years old or something? I saw that review of that game in a 2000 issue of PC gamer

AHAHAHAHHAHA

Win on the last part. Win indeed.

EVE was back in like, 02. So it is old… but its still new.
New stuff comes out all the time. Currently 23 large player corporations are at war with over 1,000 players in each corp. So the economy shifts based on them buying war materials. My corp is hired by an offbranch group of one of them. Wormholes came out recently… every year they come out with a massive patch in December.
Even some 02 players still play, cause theres no grinding, and your always progressing.

I had a friend who used to play and tried to convince me to, but I’m not one to pay monthly fees for games. He ended up moving on to WoW anyway.

I’d so play after I saw this

But my computer would explode, re build itself just to explode again.

I just have to “play” EVE by reading stuff from Grimno here.
