cops. Yuck.

Cops…I'm not happy with the cops in Vancouver. Crime is a b**tch here, and for murder, one'd get only a few years, and a finger is hardly lifted when the victim's families scream "WTF"
BC had the reputation not too long ago for being a haven for criminals, and its young people who the cops go after simply so they can shake them up and feel good about themselves later.
Got searched for no reason today. stupid pigs harassing me. I bet a pedofile or drug dealer or 2 of them walked by while the cops were trying to bust me. (they got nothing on me im innocent haha).

Here's the snide comment I sent to their complaints email.

Today around 1pm, I was walking towards the Subway. I cut across the Canada Post parking lot, like a lot of people do when going towards Stadium Station. It was hot out so I took off my sweat shirt.
Two officers saw me, pulled up to me, and demanded to search me, and denied my question whether they had a search warrant. Both officers were Caucasian, one female with very short blonde hair with blue rimmed sunglasses.

I had nothing to hide, I was just on my way home from the library, and these two officers were acting like bullies more than anything, acting on a power trip, trying to scare me or whatever. I honestly believe they wanted to arrest me for something, but, since I did nothing wrong, and co-operated with their illegal search of me and my posessions, I think they were unhappy about not being able to arrest me. The female officer said they were suspicious and not really trying to "jack me up" but honestly believe that was a lie.

Its funny, they act like bullies, on a power trip, going after people while the real criminals (rapists, killers, pedofiles, gangsters, drug dealers, thugs) walk by unnoticed.

And so that was my experience with Vancouver's "finest."

I would file a formal complaint if I remembered their names, badge numbers, and car unit number, but i didn't, thanks to my anxiety. Gotta love the psychological intimidation tactics cops use to scare people. For all I know if I asked them to produce a search warrant a second time, I would have been hit with the baton or Tasered.

I'm a good person, and I can prove it with a record check that will come out clean. But I feel about the police almost the same way as I do about the bad guys; in the sense they are bullies.

Shame.

Made it polite, so someone would actually read it. Anyways. I downloaded maple again, but I only log on just to look around and laugh at all the NX hoars 😀
Wow, I got a new subscription for Wow after we got internet back, we're on Telus now (telecommunication company big in Canada) and we get way faster speed than the puny 30 kb/second we used to have.

anyways have a nice day 😀

only without bin laden. cops aren't that retarded.

Are you a different race than white? I’m not sure if anyone has heard about this, but these two white cops pulled a black family over for no reason, and starting pushing em’ around and all. It was a dad, a mother, and their kid who was in college. They pushed the mother around, so the kid stuck up for her, because they were doing it for no reason. So the cop turns around, and shoots him. He was a really good baseball player in college, and he had to go to the hospital. Not sure what happened to em’ now. This was about 8 months ago.

Lul there’s this one cop where I live that is ALWAYS at the scene of something if there are cameras and/or alot of people involved. He never does any real police work so it’s kinda just hilarious he’s always in the TV news and the newspapers.

Cops eh? Aren’t really doing much for ‘the people’

I wonder many police don’t abuse their authorities like that

There had been a recent survey conducted which presented that many people who were socially disturbed at best during childhood went to pursue careers such as law enforcement.

The results were stupefying to say the least, I won’t place them here, because they’re too disturbing.

Our Police Department is one of the largest forces in the world, and is the largest police force in USA.
They drive all kinds of police vehicles… Even horses, so I heard. o.o
Of course, the world’s largest police force means that its prone to mistakes… There has been some major ones…
But in my opinion, they’re mostly just doing their jobs.
I waved to a cop in a police car and he waved back. lul

A hot cop chick gave me a ticket for driving without her #. Well, ok, it was speeding, and I tried to give out the ticket even though I’m not a cop.

Canadian police fail. You get taken to jail for “street racing” for going more than 15 over. You car is impounded and then destroyed. Honestly? 15 over? That’s ridiculous.

Ha! You got off easy. If it was a DC cop. LOL. Let me tell you.

DC Cops don’t care. If you’re speeding ahead of him… he won’t chase you. Unless you’re going 15 over the speed limit. Funny though. I’m thinking of going to school to be a Cop or an EMS.

I have an anecdote from something I was reading yesterday.

I was driving down a two-lane highway in the left lane, doing the speed limit, when I see a car in my rear view closing in FAST! There were cars on my right, so I couldn’t get over. I actually braced for an impact when it looked like he was inches from my rear bumper. I figured he had an emergency, or was just nuts, so I accelerated as fast as I could to get in front of the cars on my right so I could get out of his way. As soon as I passed the cars on my right and got over, he pulled in behind me and flipped on the flashing lights. It was an undercover cop! He charged me with reckless driving, and said I was going over 90mph. HE WAS THE ONE BEING RECKLESS! It was a trap, for sure. He knew exactly how it would play out, and I fell for it, hook line and sinker. Doh!

With a million other similar stories.

Damn corrupt cops.
