ParticipantWe’re all too old and busy. We need more prepubescent children. That always riles up activity.

Participantlol, VuTales doesn’t get a lot of new users because it’s based on a dead community. It also has no clear direction as far as what exactly the site’s purpose is for. Right now it’s just a hangout for people who used to be on MMOT.
I think also most of the old blood from MMOT have grown pretty apathetic about this place, sadly. You get what you put in. Thus, no new users.

idk, I don’t really like FPS’s (too many fanboys)
so I haven’t played it in like 2 years. There were a few hackers, but it was pretty fun once you got the hang of it.It was fun when I played with Spade and Tarheel. I stopped playing because Nexon is Nexon and eventually you had to pay money to enjoy the game properly.
That’s the one thing I hate about Nexon. They make brilliant games (Maplestory, Combat Arms), and they completely ruin gameplay by making NX purchases necessary to enjoy the game.
Technically Nexon doesn’t make their games. They just acquire the rights to ruin them.

Participant$200 sounds pretty optimistic for a decent computer. I don’t know if you’ll be able to find anything that cheap. And even if you did, the specs probably won’t be that high so shelf life might not be that great. It’d be outdated almost as soon as you got it. Granted, you don’t need the most amazing computer in the world to run MS, so your best bet is probably to shop around and find the cheapest deal you can get. But if you want something that’ll last a few years, I would definitely recommend thinking about investing a little bit more to get a better laptop.

Shortly after, another dozen appeared. Is there an actual breathing sentient human behind one of those accounts? Most likely humans using computer generated usernames/ passwords/ emails.
Is there one in there that may actually blog??
No, they’re just spam bots. See David’s posts on why they come here. So far, about 70% click the validation link they’re emailed. Of those none have actually viewed a page on the site afterwards.
Shame. Was hoping for some actual fresh meat to fry. Hopefully someone with a sentience will pass by this site.
Tell your friends: blog on VuTales, or we will kill this dog.
Go ahead.

ParticipantYou need new members if anything. A site can’t survive without constantly getting new viewership no matter how close or loyal its current members are. Also greater focus would help. MMOT had a really good focus on MMOs and developed a strong literary tradition. Even if you do nothing else, bringing in some new blood will generate some activity.

My hair is wavier than the sea:
The key is to do it while it’s semi-wet (run a towel over your head for 2 seconds). Comb it down, play with it a bit, and then let it dry like that.
Is it just me or that girl kinda looks like Rebecca Black’s bff.
